Provisional bookings will be held for seven days. A non-returnable deposit of 15% (minimum £100) is required, the balance to be paid eight weeks prior to the holiday commencement date.

In every case the price quoted is for the property per week for the specified number of people and includes welcome pack, household linen, maid service and house management. Electricity will be charged by meter – at the current rate of 11p per unit - £25 per week deposit.

We advise you to arrange adequate medical/holiday insurance for your holiday and to take E111 forms as required.

Following preparations for your arrival, the accommodation will normally be available from 14.00 hours. Upon your departure, the house should be vacated by 10.00 hours, to enable arrangements to be made for incoming visitors.

In the interests of their own safety, clients are advised not to use the swimming pool for diving.

Please remember that the water supply in a hot climate is not generally plentiful. Occasionally interruption to supplies can be experienced. Please use water considerately. We cannot accept responsibility for any interruption to services to the house or its equipment, neither can we be held responsible for any noise or disturbance in the vicinity of the property. The washing machine is for the Maid’s use only.

All breakages should be reported to the House Manager and in the interests of other visitors, either fully replaced or paid for upon departure.

Clients undertake to inform the House Management of any damage to the accommodation and its contents and in the event of any emergency affecting service to the house, to allow access for repairs.
